Though it is extra effort, I LOVE staging a home for sale when I can. It is a wonderful creative process where my vision can be realized in 3D and on a fairly large scale.
I never played with dollhouses as a kid, but now I get to do so with abandon. I think it’s great fun!
This home was fairly new, but was being vacated by the owners, so I had a clean slate with which to work. My efforts generated twelve offers for my homeowners.
Note my liberal use of live houseplants.
